**How to Access Your Dashboard**

Simply login to the account associated with your offering, then click your name in the top right corner. You’ll see a “Campaign Dashboard” link in the dropdown, where you'll access your backend portal.

Or if you’re already logged in, you can simply use this [link](https://issuer.startengine.com/).

_Want to grant dashboard-access to additional users? You’ll need to provide your Campaign Manager with the email address linked to their StartEngine account._

**Campaign Overview**

This page shows you the general analytics of your campaign.

When you first access the page, you’ll land on the “Current Breakdown.” This displays your Total Amount Raised, Follower Count, Number of Investments and Number of Investors. Hint: Some investors may invest multiple times (nice!) – so the Number of Investors might not always match the Number of Investments.

Toggle to the weekly breakdown tab to see an overview  of when your investments were submitted and review new investments/investors WoW.

**Disbursements**

Here you can see the breakdown of your next disbursement and any restrictions that may prohibit your campaign from closing on funds.

In the pre-disbursement breakdown, the “Available for Withdrawal'' amount represents the amount you should expect to receive from your next disbursement. You should know: for Reg CF raises, investors can cancel their investments up to 5 business days after a disbursement is accepted, in which case the “Available for Withdrawal” amount may change.

The pre-disbursement breakdown will also show you the amount debited for platform fees, Credit Card fees, Invoices and Deposit Hold. You can request a disbursement here as well, though you’ll still need to reach out to your Campaign Manager to provide them with the disbursement attestation.

Further down on the page, you’ll reach an area called, “Disbursement Restrictions”. Here, you’ll see any restrictions on your account that prevent your next disbursement. If you don’t see any items listed, that means you’re all set to request your next disbursement!

**Funds Breakdown**

This section displays the entire breakdown of your campaign’s Total Amount Raised.

* Pending Disbursement – This breaks out funds included in a disbursement that has already been accepted. Here, you can see the amount of your disbursement and any fees or holdbacks.
* Funds Disbursed – Here you’ll see funds included in any of your completed disbursements, as well as the Total Funds Disbursed to your organization, Total StartEngine fees and invoices paid.
* Funds in Progress – This shows you any investments that are NOT cleared for disbursement broken down into three categories: Awaiting Verification, Awaiting Funds, and Awaiting Reconfirmation.
* Awaiting Verification - Investors who have not yet provided us with the necessary documentation to pass Anti Money Laundering/Know Your Customer checks.
* Awaiting Funds - Investors who have completed AML/KYC verification, but for whom we have not received funds.
* Awaiting Reconfirmation - Investors who have not reconfirmed their investment after a material change.
* Disbursable Funds – Here, you’ll find the breakdown of all funds that are currently cleared and disbursable, including which of these funds will go to your organization versus those allocated for fees and invoices paid.
* Funds in Deposit Hold – StartEngine holds 6% of the funds raised in your campaign for 6 months after closing. Here, you’ll see the funds that are already in your deposit hold as well as an estimate of funds to be added to your deposit hold from your next disbursement request.

**Investment Breakdown**

This section displays a list of all your active investors – aka your biggest fans who’ve submitted an investment in your campaign. This list gives you access to your investor’s names, as well as the date their investment was committed, and the amount and the status of the investment.

There are two tabs: Not Closed Yet and Invested. Invested means the funds were included in a prior disbursement and the subscription agreement has already been signed. Not Closed Yet includes all your oustanding investors who have not been clsoed on.
