The timeline is dependent on how much time and expertise the company has to devote to creating a campaign, how much money they are trying to raise, when they file, etc. 

Companies are able to determine the duration of their own campaign to match what best suits their campaign strategy. For reference, most regulation crowdfunding campaigns are set to last 60-90 days and can be extended at the will of the company if they meet our [extension requirements](https://help.startengine.com/en_us/reg-cf-campaign-extension-policy-Hkd_6ORGK). Campaigns can also close their offering earlier than their filed closed date by filing an amendment with the SEC. (Our team will assist with all extension or date change filings.)
