How do I update the email address on my account?

To update the email address associated with your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your StartEngine account:
  2. Click your name in the top right hand corner
  3. Click "Settings"
  4. Click "Email and Security Settings" 
  5. Enter your preferred email and click "Save"

If you are unable to access your account to update your email, please email and let us know the email currently associated with your account and the new email you would like associated with your account. For security and verification purposes, please attach a color photo or scan of a valid government issued ID (drivers license or passport) to the same email.
