How do I reconfirm my investment?
If you have received an email asking you to reconfirm your investment there are two ways that you can do so:
- To reconfirm from your email:
- Click the link in the original email you received to reconfirm your investment.
- Once you have opened the link, simply type your full name and click the green "Reconfirm My Investment" button.
- To reconfirm your investment via your dashboard, please follow these steps:
- Login to your StartEngine account at: www.startengine.com
- Click your name in the top right hand corner
- Click "View My Investments"
- Click the orange "Reconfirm Investment" button
- Read the through the following page, and sign your name at the bottom
- Click the "Submit" button
If the reconfirmation successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation message saying that your investment has been reconfirmed.
Please remember, if you do not reconfirm by the deadline your investment will automatically be canceled.
