How do I reconfirm my investment?

If you have received an email asking you to reconfirm your investment there are two ways that you can do so:

  • To reconfirm from your email:
    • Click the link in the original email you received to reconfirm your investment.
    • Once you have opened the link, simply type your full name and click the green "Reconfirm My Investment" button.
  • To reconfirm your investment via your dashboard, please follow these steps:
    1. Login to your StartEngine account at:
    2. Click your name in the top right hand corner
    3. Click "View My Investments"
    4. Click the orange "Reconfirm Investment" button
    5. Read the through the following page, and sign your name at the bottom
    6. Click the "Submit" button

If the reconfirmation successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation message saying that your investment has been reconfirmed.

Please remember, if you do not reconfirm by the deadline your investment will automatically be canceled.
