I forgot my password, what do I do?
Once you have clicked “Forgot Password”, you will be asked to enter your email and we then send you further instructions. Please be sure to check your spam, trash and any "promotions" folders you may have, as it may arrive there.
Once the email arrives, please open it and click on the "Reset your password" link provided. You will then be prompted to enter a new password and confirm that password.
After you do so, you will be logged in and redirected to the main StartEngine page. Once logged in, you will be able to reserve shares, follow companies, and/or invest.
