A deposit hold is 6% of the total funds committed held in escrow for 6 months after your campaign ends. Each time your company disburses on cleared funds, 6% of the cleared funds will be held back in the escrow account.
Why does my company have a deposit hold?
These funds are held in escrow in case of any ACH refunds, credit card chargebacks, or oustanding invoices incurred during the live campaign.
How do I get my deposit hold back?
Your deposit hold is sent back to you 6 months after your campaign ends.
Can I get my deposit back earlier?
If your campaign has raised over $500,000 by the time your campaign ends, we can send 75% of the hold 2 months after your campaign end date. The remaining 25% will be sent back 6 months after your campaign end date.
